Freshwater connects every part of Newfoundland and Labrador. Our rivers, ponds, and wetlands support wildlife, provide clean drinking water, and shape the communities that depend on them. The Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter (CPAWS-NL) works to protect and restore freshwater systems across the province.
